Online Payments of Water Bills

This document is to provide you information on the online payment system we provide. When you use this service, you and any person you authorize to perform these functions on your account, agree to these terms and conditions.

Privacy Policy - We will never disclose any personal information about you to a third party unless compelled to do so by law.

Security - The City of Northport is committed to ensuring the security of your personally identifiable information. We will take reasonable precautions to protect this information from loss, misuse, unauthorized disclosure or alteration, including, putting in place appropriate physical, electronic and administrative procedures to safeguard and secure such information.

Business Days / Delivery Method - Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Please allow 24 to 48 hours to update customer records or at least the next business day. If your account is "pending cut off" please call The City of Northport Water Department, do not assume payment being made online will avoid service disruption. If your water has been cut off due to delinquency, you must contact the Northport Water Department.

Online Credit Card Payment - This payment is non refundable.
